I have never been a fan of the minivan– I have the theory that the worst drivers on the road are men driving minivans because they are mad they have to drive one.
That has all changed for me. I drove the all new 2015 Kia Sedona to the beach last week with my wife and grandkids. I was blown away by how nice the Sedona felt, drove, and the multitude of cool and easy-to-use features! Even climbing aboard was effortless, as the seat slid back making is easy to jump right in (especially since I’m not all that flexible anymore).
The technology and dash layout are exceptional. My iPhone music synced in seconds and all I had to do was plug it into the jack! There are plenty to choose from, no matter what kind of device you have (audio, video, vacuum cleaner, etc…)!
The weather was hot but the zone climate control let everyone set their area to a temperature that suited them best. Another plus was that there are more cup-holders than any other vehicle I have ever been in! Smart move Kia!
Kia put some serious engineering effort into making sure this minivan does all that any of its competitors can, plus much more. It was great to drive and the kids loved it too! Watch out Toyota and Honda!
